How LaunchGate Works

  1. Parses `http_req_duration` (p95, p99), `http_req_failed`, and `http_reqs` aggregates from `k6-summary.json`.
  2. Evaluates each signal against `target` (NO-GO) and `warn` (CONDITIONAL_GO) budgets in `slo-policy.yaml`.
  3. Issues a signed release verdict and stores it in your organization’s audit trail.
